About Me
Hi! I’m Noeleen and I am living my dream!
After many years in the corporate world I took a break in 2012 to stay at home and have some fun with my 2 daughters. When my oldest daughter asked me to decorate a cake for her just like one she had seen on YouTube, off we went to a cake supplies shop, bought some tools, and I’ve been up to my elbows in butter, sugar and chocolate ever since!
About you
All of your cakes are designed and made in my pretty blue and pink studio among the cherry blossom and silver birch trees in my garden. It’s my sanctuary and creative space. After we discuss your what style and flavour you want your cake to be, I sit down and design your cake. I can sit for hours at my table watching the birds, designing cakes and making intricate sugar flowers petal by petal.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
The earlier the better!
Placing your order for celebration cakes at least a month in advance would be ideal.
For wedding cakes at least 6 months, but as soon as you have confirmed your date with your venue you should contact us to check our availability.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A CELEBRATION CAKE?

DO YOU DELIVER CELEBRATION CAKES?
This can be arranged on an individual basis at an extra cost.
DO YOU DELIVER WEDDING CAKES?
Yes, this will be in the terms and conditions of your order form.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY CAKE?
Collection will be agreed by us for your requested date.
DO YOU DO TASTING BOXES FOR WEDDING CAKES?
Yes. Choose 5 flavors from our menu at a cost of €50 (redeemable against your order).
CAN EACH TIER BE A DIFFERENT FLAVOR?
Absolutely! Traditional fruit cake and chocolate biscuit cake tiers must be on the bottom of the cake for stability.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR CELEBRATION AND WEDDING CAKES?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance to be paid the 24 hours before fulfillment of your order. 1 month in advance for wedding cakes.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Revolut or bank transfer are our preferred methods of payment.
IS EMPIRE BESPOKE CAKES REGISTERED WITH THE HSE?
Yes. In line with Article 6(2) of Council Regulation 852/2004 we are registered with the HSE for the preparation and cooking of occasion cakes.
